Our story
Régis Tatraux, the owner of the Hotel-Restaurant Les Fleurs, trained in the greatest Parisian establishments, has been in charge of various restaurants for almost 30 years.
About fifteen years ago, he transformed the Hotel Les Fleurs into a pleasant place with excellent value for money. During the summer, you can enjoy the terrace out of sight and take advantage of the many visits and activities offered by the beautiful Burgundy region.
In the kitchen of the Restaurant Les Fleurs, the chef Régis Tatraux, decorated since 2010 with the title of Maître Restaurateur (award due to the use of more than 90% of fresh and home-made products) is specialised in fish, but does not forget to offer you Charolais meat from the region. To finish your meal, you will be surprised by its innovative desserts.
